Terms and Conditions
Terms of Service
Welcome to Jetpad, a website-hosted user interface ("Interface" or "App") provided by Jetpad Finance ("we," "our," or "us"). The Interface offers access to a decentralized protocol on various public blockchains, including Ethereum, facilitating the trade of specific compatible digital assets ("Jetpad protocol" or "Protocol"). While the Interface is one means of accessing the Protocol, it is not the exclusive method. To utilize the Interface, you must employ non-custodial wallet software allowing interaction with public blockchains. Your association with the non-custodial wallet provider is governed by its applicable terms of service, not this Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement").
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Interface. Please read it carefully. By accessing or using the Interface, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree, you are not authorized to use the Interface.
